We are pleased to announce the second annual JHU summer school on the growth and design of crystalline materials. The focus of this years school is on the broad area of topological materials, ranging from topological insulators to skyrmion magnets, and will feature talks from experts across the materials design triad: synthesis, characterization, and theory/modeling in additiong to hands on experience. Targeted at graduate students, postdocs, and young faculty, there is no registration fee and all meals will be provided. Attendees are expected to cover travel and lodging (in affordable on-campus housing), although limited travel grants may be available.
